We have been looking for an 'old-fashioned' spoon blackhead extractor for a couple of years at local shops but have only found the crappy wire loop style. Finally found the real deal here--expensive but really cool looking torturous things!

I'm pretty sure most of those torture implements were used on me. I also had the joy of having liquid nitrogen put on my face to reduce scarring. That was some scary stuff.
I've been on the lookout for something like a scoop too..I have really dense blackheads on my nose and that seems to work.
In any case I settled on http://blackheadproducts.com they have a really good extractor there.
